With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

Here's How It Works

1. HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per loaded mile during this period.
2. $10,000 Orientation Pay
3. Payment Breakdown:
   1. Week 1 - $1,500
   2. Week 2 - $1,200
   3. 120 Days - $2,300
   4. 180 Days - $5,000
4. Dates of Eligibility: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase + an extra .05 cents per loaded mile (1/1 - 3/31)
• OR
• Choose 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300

Maximized Home Time

Our new Midwest regional route ensures drivers are HOME EVERY WEEKEND. Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to our advanced analytics tracking.

Loyalty Pay for Flatbed Drivers

• New drivers: $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-year loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-year loyalty: $.55 CPM

Driver Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
