With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul
  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours!

HOW DO WE KNOW? Because we have invested in analytics to track our drivers' home time, ensuring a better quality of life and family time!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• New Drivers Pay - $0.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $0.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
