Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual earnings between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile based on experience.

Transition & Benefits

We offer an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation over two weeks. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, employee assistance, and PTO based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• 4+ months driving experience
• Clean driving record and background check
• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp (tested during orientation)
