• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800; Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed rate: $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition & Benefits

Transition package of $1,800, with $1,000 for orientation. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k), matching, life insurance, and PTO based on years of service.

Home Time & Route Options

Most weekends off, varies by division. Speak with a recruiter to find the right route for you.

Pet & Rider Policy

No pets allowed; riders aged 7+ permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• 4+ months driving experience
• Clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result
• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp (testing during orientation)
