Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual pay between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed rate: $0.68-$0.72 per mile.

Transition Package

New hires receive an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

Home Time

Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset, varies by division.

Pet & Guest Policies

No pets allowed. Riders aged 7+ permitted after 90 days of safe driving.
