Opportunity Details

• Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers
• Equipment Type: Flatbed

• Terminal: Spokane, WA
• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800; annual pay from $57,200 to $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile based on experience.

Transition & Benefits

New drivers receive an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, employee assistance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• At least 4 months of driving experience
• Clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result
• Ability to lift 90 pounds for tarp work (tested during orientation)
