Klutch MFM is seeking an experienced transportation professional in Kansas City to own and optimize freight operations. You will manage pricing, quotations, and carrier coordination while directly supporting customers and partners.

With 3–5 years in logistics, you’ll track shipments end-to-end, leverage load boards, and ensure timely deliveries. This hands-on role rewards initiative and strong relationship-building in a fast-paced team.

Formación

• 3–5 years of transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage experience.
• Strong knowledge of flatbed freight and current market conditions.
• Experience with load boards, track and trace, and carrier coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from pricing and covering freight to working directly with customers and carriers.
