Responsibilities

• Execute precise installation of membrane systems (TPO, EPDM, Durolast) per manufacturer specs.
• Remove existing roofing materials and prepare substrates for new insulation and drainage components.
• Install edge details, flashing, and drains to ensure long-term moisture protection.
• Operate and maintain a variety of roofing hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Foreman to resolve on-site obstacles and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite reflecting the Tusing Builders brand.

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Schedule: Monday – Friday.

Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial Flat Roofing.

How You Will Make an Impact

Execute the precise installation of TPO, EPDM, and Durolast membrane systems to meet manufacturer specifications.

Perform removal of existing roofing materials and prepare substrates for new insulation and drainage components.

Install critical edge details, flashing, and drains to ensure long-term moisture protection for commercial clients.

Operate and maintain a variety of specialized hand and power tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with the Foreman to identify and resolve on-site technical obstacles to keep projects on schedule.

Maintain a clean and professional jobsite that reflects the high standards of the Tusing Builders brand.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in commercial flat roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, or specialized membranes.

Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably on rooftops in various weather conditions.

Demonstrated proficiency in climbing ladders and utilizing basic roofing power tools.

Strong reliability and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship in a field environment.
