Tusing Builders LTD in Solon, OH is seeking a skilled roofer to lead the installation and maintenance of high-performance commercial roofing systems. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a safety‑driven environment.

The position requires experience with commercial flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• Commercial flat roofing experience, including TPO/EPDM or specialized membranes.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise installation of membrane systems (TPO, EPDM, Durolast) per manufacturer specs.
• Remove existing roofing materials and prepare substrates for new insulation and drainage components.
• Install edge details, flashing, and drains to ensure long-term moisture protection.
• Operate and maintain a variety of roofing hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Foreman to resolve on-site obstacles and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite reflecting the Tusing Builders brand.
