Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhereto all company safety policies and procedures
• Providetimelyupdates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of flat-rate (flagged) production experience in a dealership or independent shop environment is required
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification(s) or Toyota manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Toyota) are required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work anda good drivingrecord
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Mustpass backgroundcheck,MVR, and drug screening
