Audi San Jose, part of the Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Pay is production-based, starting at $43.50 per hour with expected annual earnings of $83K–$150K depending on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience is required.
• Genuine interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Team-player attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
