Job summary

Toyota of Clovis, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is a Flat Rate Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to dealership standards.

Pay is production-based, starting at $33.80 per hour with an expected annual earnings range of $70,000–$115,000 depending on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership technician experience as an Automotive Technician, Flat Rate Technician, Master Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• Previous experience as a Toyota Technician is highly preferred.
• Experienced dealership technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Role Overview
