Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles in our Raleigh area stores. You will learn hands-on under experienced techs, perform routine vehicle inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role features a flat-rate pay structure and opportunities for ASE certifications, with benefits starting on day one and ongoing training within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform oil changes.
• Experience with tire repair and basic inspections.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles; participate in ASE testing within 2 years.
