Audi Bedford, part of the Penske Automotive Group family, is hiring immediately for experienced Automotive Technicians. Join a dealership that offers an aggressive pay plan, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced technicians, and a flat rate of $35–$40 per hour (production bonus included).

This full-time role includes company-paid training, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. You'll work in a climate-controlled shop with state-of-the-art equipment and ample opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician in a dealership setting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work with production-based pay and targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose issues.
• Follow safety procedures and document work performed.

Flat rate pay (including production bonus) is $35-40 per hour.Whether you are an experienced Audi Master Technician, a recent technical school graduate, have experience as a lube technician or oil change technician, or have other brand experience and are looking for a change, this is a great opportunity, especially for Mechanics with dealership experience, to join our team.
Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate and can range from 35-40/hr which includes production bonus, is based on productivity and qualifications
