Speedy Glass in Las Cruces is hiring Flat Glass Technicians to install and repair residential glass. We offer industry-leading training and opportunities for advancement from entry level to experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Entry to experienced technicians welcomed; training provided to learn essential trade skills.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and handle installation work safely.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential glass, including insulated glass, doors, mirrors, skylights, and replacements.
• Perform installation and repair of commercial glass storefronts and related hardware.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to every guest.

As a Flat Glass Technician, you will

• Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl & wood replacement windows, skylights, table‑tops, railings & screens
• Install and repair commercial glass including: glass entry doors, storefront metal/glass, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
