Job summary

Speedy Glass in Las Cruces is seeking an experienced Flat Glass Technician to install and repair residential and commercial glass, from insulated units to store fronts. The role offers paths to advancement through industry-leading training and a competitive wage based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl & wood windows, skylights, table-tops, railings & screens.
• Install and repair commercial glass including entry doors, storefronts, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds.
• Ensure equipment, materials and work areas comply with regulations and requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

As a Flat Glass Technician, you will

• Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors,vinyl & wood replacement windows, skylights, table-tops, railings & screens
• Install and repair commercial glass including: glass entry doors, storefront metal/glass, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
