Job summary

Speedy Glass in Las Cruces is seeking experienced Flat Glass Technicians to join our team and advance their career with industry-leading training programs. The role involves residential and commercial glass installation and repair, with a wage based on experience and a strong emphasis on customer service.

Applicants should have a state-issued driver’s license and be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with physical endurance for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl & wood replacement windows, skylights, table-tops, railings & screens.
• Install and repair commercial glass including: glass entry doors, storefront metal/glass, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

As a Flat Glass Technician, you will
