Job summary

State Bar of Texas seeks an administrative professional to support Flash CLE marketing and order processing. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with MCLE and video teams while maintaining inventory for on-site events.

The role requires strong communication, heavy use of Word/Excel, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Occasional travel and overtime are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Must present a positive professional image to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Flash CLE packages to clients across the state via telephone and print correspondence.
• Respond to inquiries about Flash CLE, TexasBarCLE, and bulk sales; inform Local Bar Associations of services.
• Take and process orders; coordinate with MCLE and video production departments.
• Maintain inventory of flash drives and supplies for on-site courses.
• Update order forms; process deposits and refunds; code payables for the department.
• Maintain electronic files of payables and reimbursements for staff access.
• Attend State Bar events to educate members about TexasBarCLE products.
