Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Bartender to support the Beverage department, entertaining guests while expertly preparing drinks. Flair bartenders perform shows and juggle bottles, bringing energy to bar experiences.

Must have outstanding guest service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, show-oriented environment with strong communication and multitasking abilities. 21+ and casino compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Understand and comply with Gaming Control Board rules and policies.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays.
• Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform routines in front of Guests and large crowds during peak times.
• Communicate with Guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests.
• Ring up all orders in the POS system while socializing with Guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and cut off intoxicated guests when necessary.
