Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Specialist for our Las Vegas venue. You will apply advanced mixology skills, craft cocktails to exact specs, and maintain a clean, fast-paced bar.

You must be 21+ with at least six months of bartending in a high-volume setting, excellent customer service, and the ability to upsell to enhance the guest experience. Training and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months experience bartending in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Extensive cocktail recipe knowledge.
• Extensive wine and craft beer knowledge.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of mixology and ability to craft cocktails to exact specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times.
• Provide food service support at lounge and dining areas with high level of service.
• Describe and upsell drinks and food to enhance guest experience.
• Handle cash settlements following all policies and procedures.
• Perform side work and stocking duties efficiently and accurately.
