Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is hiring a Flair Bartender to entertain guests and expertly prepare their favorite beverages. You will work under the Beverage Manager, performing flair shows and maintaining high guest service standards.

The role requires the ability to juggle, throw, and catch bottles, plus strong communication with guests and team members. 21+ and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Must be 21+ and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform routines in front of guests and large crowds during peak times.
• Communicate with guests to meet their needs.
• Properly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Ring up orders in POS accurately while socializing with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests when necessary.
