Job summary

The Normal Brand is hiring a hard-working, personable Store Manager for our flagship Clayton, MO location. You will lead a high-energy team, drive revenue, and uphold Normal standards in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, inventory oversight, and maximizing guest experience while leveraging data-driven decision making. This role requires nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail apparel management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop, and lead team to drive and excellent customer experience and revenue.
• Manage revenue, and payroll.
• Recruit, hire, and retain store team.
• Implement high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
• Create, maintain relationships with our guests.
• Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to HQ.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Gives constructive feedback to District Leader on all aspects of the business.
• Mentor, develop team through clear communication.
• Make a schedule that is adequately and efficiently staffed to business needs.
• Educate and train team on product knowledge.
• Participate in weekly calls with peers and District Leader.

The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores in the US. We’re hiring for our Flagship brick‑and‑mortar store in Clayton, Missouri and we want a hard working, personable, goal‑oriented Store Manager. Each store is a unique experience where a clean, high energy, and fun environment is of utmost importance. Thinking independently and outside the box is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop, and lead team to drive and excellent customer experience and revenue

Requirements

• 5+ years retail apparel management experience
