TRM Labs is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to own a flagship National Security account from day one. You will map stakeholders, drive renewals and expansions, and craft a rolling 12-month plan that aligns with mission priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS to the IC or DoD preferred.
• Track record of six- and seven-figure deals in classified environments.
• Strong capability to map and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to write compelling, compliant proposals and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the flagship National Security account from end to end.
• Lead renewals, expansions, and net-new pipeline for the program.
• Develop a rolling 12-month account plan with 3x quota coverage.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture for demos and POCs.
• Translate mission requirements into persuasive proposals.
• Coordinate with Legal and Deal Desk for compliant deals.
