Grown Brilliance SOHO flagship is seeking a Luxury Retail Store Manager to lead the boutique across people, client experience, selling, training, product, and brand presentation. You will drive a world-class luxury experience, coach a high-performance team, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Role emphasizes brand storytelling, elevated service, and collaboration with corporate partners to deliver exceptional in-store events and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of leadership in luxury/high-touch retail.
• Experience in jewelry industry, particularly lab-grown diamonds, is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities in a high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury sales professionals and support staff; develop team.
• Achieve sales targets and drive a results-focused culture.
• Own clienteling strategy with consistent outreach and VIP engagement.
• Manage stock audits, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Partner with brand and events teams to host in-store experiences.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze trends.
