Aflalo is seeking a polished Boutique Director for our SoHo flagship to own every dimension of the store’s performance and guest experience. You will set the tone on the floor, lead a high-performing team, and ensure sales targets are met while upholding the brand’s standards.

This role blends retail operator precision with luxury brand stewardship, overseeing client experience, collaboration with merchandising, and impeccable store operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury or contemporary retail management.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Operationally sharp and highly organized.
• Deep understanding of brand standards and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own Boutique’s monthly and seasonal sales targets, track performance daily.
• Drive client development and retention across the team; build lasting relationships.
• Partner with merchandising and e-commerce to optimize floor presentation and inventory.
• Hire, onboard and develop studio staff; build a high-performance culture.
• Lead by example on floor, client engagement, selling behaviors, and brand presentation.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and store operations.
