We are seeking an experienced Flagging Supervisor to oversee traffic control operations across North Carolina. This direct-hire leadership role is responsible for leading flagging crews, ensuring compliance with OSHA, MUTCD, and NCDOT standards, conducting field inspections, coordinating staffing, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate has traffic control supervision experience, current North Carolina work zone certifications, and the ability to manage multiple crews across various project locations.
Extensive travel throughout North Carolina and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs are required.
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $29.81 - $34.62 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
