Star Construction LLC is seeking a Flagging team member to ensure safe travel in public work zones by assisting with traffic control and flagging duties. The role focuses on standing-by for guidance while controlling traffic with signs and flags.

The position requires 18+ and a legal right to work in the United States, plus a valid driver’s license. Prior flagging experience is preferred; benefits include weekly pay and comprehensive company programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous flagging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic at active worksites using hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction tasks as directed by Foreman or Supervisor.
• Drive safely and follow company driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and maintained.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
