Job summary

PRIME Traffic Control is hiring for MOT flagging work on road projects across Florida. The role involves flagging traffic and supporting the Advanced MOT Foreman with setup of signage, cones, barrels, arrow boards, and message boards.

The position offers potential advancement to Foreman within 3 to 6 months and includes a training program to boost skills. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with overtime at $25.50 per hour; typical schedule is five 10-hour days with possible travel or

Qualifications

Must have valid Florida driver's license.
Candidates must have a clean driving record.
Must have reliable mode of transportation.
Must be willing and able to stand outside for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
May be required to travel for overnight stays within Florida.
Must be willing to learn safety training and follow standards.

Responsibilities

Flag traffic as part of MOT operations.
Support MOT Foreman with setting up signage, cones, barrels, arrow boards, and message boards.
Drive company truck to assist Foreman with setup and operations.
Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
Take advantage of the training program to advance from Flagger to Foreman in 3–6 months.
