• Inspecting flags to determine repair feasibility.
• Measuring, cutting, folding, and preparing fabric.
• Keeping sewing area clean, accurate, and professional.
• Following written instructions and job notes.
• Helping keep the sewing area organized and stocked.
• Communicating when materials are low.
• Ensuring finished repairs are neat, strong, and ready for customer return.
• If full‑time, assist in inventory room.
