You will observe, assess, and assist coaches, supervise game-day operations, and help with practices and drills across age groups, while promoting sportsmanship and customer service. Weekend and some evening availability required for the season.

• Strong safety awareness and ability to manage groups.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service
• Assist coaches and teams with practices and drills to enhance learning
• Referee games on small-sided fields to ensure player safety and enforce rules
