Olen Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Club Lake Pointe apartment community in Coral Springs, FL. This full-time role handles HOA patrols, unit turnovers, and a range of maintenance tasks to keep residents safe and satisfied.

You will work with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while delivering top-notch customer service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and a willingness to respond to emergencies after

Responsibilities

Technical expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to building and apartment maintenance, including unit turnovers, completing work orders, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.· Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as:o Plumbingo Electricalo Applianceso Air conditioning· Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and helping with apartment turnover in general.· Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent required.· At least one to two years of related maintenance experience and/or training.· Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.· Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner with residents, vendors, and co-workers.· Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.· Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds.· Have reliable transportation to and from work.
