Olen Living in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain our Highland Groves multifamily community. You will perform a wide range of building and unit maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, to ensure a comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Assist with preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance duties, including building and grounds upkeep, and service-request completion.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
