Job summary

The Bernard Group is a 100% employee-owned visual merchandising company in Chanhassen, MN. We seek a Fixture Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize print projects on time and within budget, collaborating with AE, AM and SPM to define scope and costs.

Role requires detail orientation, strong command of Excel/Google/Project, and ability to work independently while meeting client expectations. Competitive compensation with full-time benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Experience as a project manager in a fast-paced mid-size company.
• Experience with digital print, merchandising fixture production or the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Gather costs for estimating based on client expectations and material/labor costs.
• Identify and manage dependencies, plan workback schedules, and coordinate external/internal resources.
• Raise awareness of resource needs with department managers and communicate deliverables and timelines.
• Negotiate with contractors/freelancers within budget and ensure NDAs are in place.
• Produce projects using TBG’s systems (Pace) and follow established processes.
• Communicate data and project status in real time to teammates.
• Ensure brands, design requirements, quality standards, and tolerances are met.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage scope changes.
• Document expenses and prepare invoice information for Accounts Payable.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
