Job summary

Allegiance Trucks in Connecticut seeks a Fixed Operations Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day parts and service operations, drive growth, and uphold our customer-first service standards across our dealership network. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of management experience in the commercial truck sector, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record of building engaged teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license is required; must maintain a clean driving record.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments.
• Provide leadership for growth of parts and service departments.
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments.
