Responsibilities

• Monitor repair order flow, shop capacity, and work-in-process to identify opportunities.
• Review repair order documentation to ensure customer concerns and repairs are recorded.
• Assist in monitoring repair order aging and cycle times.
• Support timely customer status updates and clear communication throughout the repair process.
• Review maintenance recommendations and service opportunities to maximize retention.
• Assist with warranty administration and documentation requirements.
• Support initiatives that drive service sales and customer-pay opportunities.
