Responsibilities

• Monitor repair order flow, shop capacity, and work-in-process to identify opportunities.
• Review repair order documentation to ensure concerns, recommendations, and repairs are recorded.
• Assist in monitoring repair order aging and cycle times.
• Ensure customers receive timely status updates and clear communication during the repair process.
• Review maintenance recommendations, recalls, campaigns, and service opportunities to maximize retention.
• Assist with warranty administration, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Support initiatives that drive service sales growth and customer-pay opportunities.
• Promote a clean, organized, safe, and professional service environment.
• Support Parts with inventory management, turnover, and delivery efficiency.
• Review inventory levels and stocking strategies to identify opportunities for improved profitability.
