Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned professional to support client needs and drive growth through inside-sales and relationship-building. You will manage daily processing of client transactions, coordinate with partners, and promote bank products and capabilities to meet client goals.

The role requires strong marketing, sales, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Onsite presence is expected several days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically seven to nine years of relevant experience.
• Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
• Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains effective relationships across business lines to support transaction processing and account management.
• Identifies opportunities, presents benefits to clients, and drives growth via inside-sales and relationship focus.
• Coordinates with internal partners to facilitate trade execution and resolve operations issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
