Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusting relationships with customers by meeting in-branch or at convenient locations. You will assess banking needs, educate clients on products, and recommend financial solutions tailored to each customer’s goals.

The role includes originating and closing consumer loans and handling new accounts, with a focus on service excellence. Applicants should have 4–5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training, and must maintain NMLS

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with all registration requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four to five or more years of retail banking experience or an equivalent training mix.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on goals.
• Originate and close consumer loans, and handle opening/closing of accounts and branches.
