Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Trade Operations Analyst in Irvine, CA to perform trade confirmation, processing, and settlement across fixed income and FX trades. The role requires analytical problem-solving and collaboration with traders and compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position is a W-2 contract (1 year) with a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon–Thu, Fri with WFH). Proficiency with Aladdin and related platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a face paced deadline driven environment.
• Identify, process and resolve trade discrepancies related to fixed income and FX trade confirmation and settlement.
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade confirmation, processing, and settlement functions.
• Review and resolve exceptions across fixed income and FX trades.
• Collaborate with traders, legal & compliance, and other operations teams to escalate issues.
• Operate as a technical SME for the assigned area with guidance from seniors.
• Support global colleagues in regional issue resolution and process improvements.
