Cybersearch, LTD. is seeking a Fixed Income Trade Settlements Analyst (Aladdin) in Irvine, CA. This hybrid role combines four days on site with Friday remote, starting at 6:30am and extending as the global team covers markets around the clock.

You will process and settle fixed income and FX trades, confirm and match in Aladdin and related systems, resolve discrepancies, and support traders with rapid, professional communication. Collaboration across desks is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fixed income trade operations or middle office.
• Hands-on BlackRock Aladdin experience required.
• DTCC/CTM and Misys experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CLS, ALERT, TradeWeb and custodian portals.
• Experience with bonds, TBAs and FX settlements.
• Excel skills; Power BI a plus.
• Clear, calm communication with traders and senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle daily post-trade activity across bonds, TBAs, and FX using Aladdin.
• Confirm and match trades in Aladdin, DTCC/CTM (bond matching) and Misys (FX matching), resolve mismatches.
• Identify, research, and resolve trade exceptions with Senior Analyst.
• Respond to traders within 15 to 30 minutes on unmatched trades or issues.
• Meet intraday deadlines including early cash trade cutoffs and SMA file deliveries three times daily.
• Send settlement instructions and coordinate with about 30 custodian banks.
• Collaborate with traders, accounting, legal, investment control, and order management.
• Hand off work to teams in London and Singapore.
• Find root causes of recurring issues and propose fixes.
• Track production metrics with Excel or Power BI.
• Help test new approaches to dividing work across trading desks.

Fixed Income Trade Settlements Analyst (Aladdin) (Hybrid, 4 days onsite-Friday’s remote)
6:30am -7:30am start
Irvine, CA
12 months (possible extension)

Overview: The Fixed Income Trade Operations Analyst works as part of a global team performing and reviewing exception handling, across the full range of accounts and products and for all levels of complexity. This person will process and settle the fixed income and foreign exchange trades our Organization’s traders execute each day. They’ll resolve exceptions quickly and give traders fast, high-quality service. It’s a production-focused role on a collaborative global team that covers markets around the clock with offices in London and Singapore.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

• Process and settle daily post-trade activity across bonds (including munis, investment grade, and emerging markets), TBAs, and foreign exchange using BlackRock Aladdin.


• Confirm and match trades in Aladdin, DTCC/CTM (bond matching), and Misys (FX matching), and resolve unmatched trades and settlement discrepancies.


• Identify, research, and resolve trade exceptions on your own, and work with the Senior Analyst on complex issues.


• Respond to traders within 15 to 30 minutes on unmatched trades or issues, and communicate clearly and professionally.


• Meet intraday deadlines, including early cash trade cutoffs, separately managed account (SMA) files sent three times a day, and the early-afternoon trade volume peak.


• Send settlement instructions and work with about 30 custodian banks to make sure trades settle on time.


• Work with traders, accounting, legal, investment control, and order management to diagnose and resolve issues.


• Hand off work to team members in London and Singapore.


• Find root causes of recurring issues and recommend fixes so they don’t happen again.


• Track production metrics with Excel or Power BI.


• Help the team test new ways of dividing work across trading desks.

Qualifications & skills:

• 4+ years of fixed income trade operations, trade settlements, or middle office experience


• Hands-on BlackRock Aladdin experience (required)


• DTCC/CTM and Misys experience (strongly preferred)


• Familiarity with CLS, ALERT, TradeWeb, and custodian bank portals (nice to have)


• Experience with bonds, TBAs, and FX settlements. Derivatives processing is a plus.


• Strong Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.


• Clear, calm communication with traders and senior stakeholders
