BNY Wealth is seeking a dynamic and market-savvy Head of Fixed Income Strategy & Advisor Enablement to lead the strategy, positioning, and engagement around fixed income solutions for our wealth clients. This leader will bring deep bond market investment expertise and the EQ to build trust across advisors, clients, and partners.

The role focuses on enabling advisors and shaping our fixed income offering, not portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fixed income investing and bond markets within wealth/investment advisory environments.
• Experience in fixed income portfolio management or related investment role.
• Strong commercial orientation with ability to influence, engage, and sell investment ideas and solutions.
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to partner with field teams and advisors in a client-focused environment.
• Excellent presentation skills and executive presence.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior fixed income subject matter expert for BNY Wealth with deep bond market knowledge.
• Partner with field leadership to support fixed income strategy, business development, and client opportunities.
• Act as a credible, market-facing representative to sell fixed income ideas and capabilities.
• Translate market developments into actionable perspectives for advisors and clients.
• Support advisors in identifying client needs and positioning fixed income solutions.
• Build strong relationships across the wealth organization as a trusted partner.
• Deliver presentations, participate in client meetings, and represent BNY Wealth in various settings.
• Travel to meet advisors, clients, and business partners across markets.
• Provide insights into fixed income portfolio construction and risk management from prior experience.
• Collaborate with investments, product, distribution, and leadership to shape the fixed income offering and GTM approach.
