Job summary

H-Squared seeks an experienced fixed income investor to join a global investment platform in Tampa, driving portfolio construction and strategy across a multi-billion-dollar book. You will translate macro views into position sizing, lead rebalances, and partner with research, trading, and PM teams to generate investment insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in fixed income investing, portfolio management, research, or trading.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, rates, credit, and risk management.

• Commercial mindset with a desire to grow and enhance an investment platform.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large datasets.
