Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston is seeking an Analyst for the Client Reporting Services group to support the Product Reporting Team. You will focus on products/funds in the Fixed Income business, producing high-quality client reporting and marketing materials while collaborating with Product Management and Global Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in either investment management or marketing communications
• Capital markets knowledge, particularly Fixed Income
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills with attention to detail
• Independent self-starter and team player, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• MBA or CFA/CMA/CAIA, or progress toward these qualifications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines
• Develop expertise to create product-level content in client reporting, including attribution and commentary
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert to Client Operations
• Produce standard product materials and recurring deliverables such as marketing materials, fact sheets, and product summaries
• Peer review client deliverables for accuracy
• Lead the production of customized client reporting
