Job summary

Wellington Management Company in Boston seeks a Product Reporting Analyst to support the Product Reporting Team within Client Operations. The role focuses on producing high-quality product-related marketing and client reporting for a Fixed Income portfolio, collaborating with Product Management and Global Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in investment management or marketing communications, strong capital markets knowledge, and excellent quantitative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in either investment management or marketing communications.
• Capital markets knowledge, particularly Fixed Income.
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills.
• Independent self-starter, a team player, able to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• MBA or CFA/CMA/CAIA, or progress toward these qualifications.
• Proficiency with internal and external systems and databases; strong Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines.
• Develop expertise in assigned approaches to deliver product-level content in client reporting; write attribution and performance commentary; tailor portfolio positioning and outlook text.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert to other roles within Client Operations.
• Produce standard product materials and recurring deliverables including marketing presentations, institutional fact sheets, and product summaries.
• Peer review client deliverables for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Lead the production of customized client reporting.
