Job summary

Koch Fertilizer, LLC is seeking a Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our Enid, OK team on a 9/80 schedule. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fixed equipment reliability issues while supporting plant turnarounds and outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Corrosion engineering OR 3+ years of reliability/industrial manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and other engineering to address equipment challenges.
• Complete work orders and small projects through all phases, including design and commissioning.
• Lead root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions to site leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Copilot or similar technologies.
• Collect and analyze reliability metrics to identify bad actors.
• Develop and implement reliability programs to mitigate fixed equipment threats.
• Conduct fitness-for-service and RBI analyses to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support capital projects related to fixed equipment from scope to construction oversight.
• Join cross-site tech teams to keep practices competitive and up to date.
