Job summary

Koch Fertilizer LLC is seeking a Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our Enid, OK team. The role requires collaboration with maintenance, operations, and engineering to address equipment reliability, lead root-cause analyses, and support capital projects.

You’ll leverage analytical tools and RBI/FFS methods to ensure safe, compliant operations. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical or corrosion engineering background or equivalent reliability experience, and be able to work a 9/80

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Corrosion) or 3+ years of relevant reliability or industrial manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, be detail-oriented and well organized, and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and other engineering to address equipment-related challenges.
• Lead root cause analyses to identify underlying causes of high-impact failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support capital projects related to fixed equipment including scope, design review and construction oversight.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve reliability performance.
• Conduct fitness-for-service and RBI analyses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement reliability programs to mitigate fixed equipment threats.
