Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant to own asset records across Colorado, California, and the DC area. You will reconcile assets to the general ledger, support month-end close, and coordinate physical inventories with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• Minimum three years of progressive accounting experience with fixed assets.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and asset reconciliations.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and multi-location accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset records for all locations and capital assets.
• Record additions, transfers, disposals, retirements, impairments, and write-offs per policy.
• Calculate and reconcile monthly depreciation and amortization.
• Prepare fixed asset reports and schedules for management and audits.
• Coordinate physical inventories and asset verifications across locations.
