The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 2 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Experience driving efficiencies, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fixed asset financial reports for various sectors.
• Prepare depreciation forecasts and related depreciation reports.
• Perform asset transfers, retirements and disposals.
• Perform monthly depreciation reasonableness review.
• Assist internal and external audit requests.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Perform month end reclass entries.
• Support Federal Tax and Property Tax reporting.
• Coordinate and complete mandatory U.S. Census Bureau Surveys.
• Interfacing with internal and external customers.
• Special projects as needed.
