Qualifications

• Special requirements include GAAP/GASB knowledge and proficiency with ERP systems; CPA/CGFM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset and real property records in the asset management system and eMARS per GAAP/GASB and Commonwealth policies.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation for financial reports and audits.
• Reconcile asset records to eMARS, resolve discrepancies, and document corrective actions.
• Administer fleet-related tasks, including WEX/fleet accounts and taxable vehicle benefits.
