Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant for a hybrid Boston role. You will maintain fixed asset records, prepare reconciliations, support financial reporting, and assist with capital projects and system initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 3+ years in fixed asset accounting, 5+ years in general accounting, and experience with Oracle Fusion; PeopleSoft preferred but not required. This position partners across departments and supports month-end close.

Fixed Asset Accountant - Hybrid / Boston, MA

Our client, a large organization, is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, asset accounting activities, and ongoing system-related initiatives. This role will assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, data analysis, audit support, and process improvements while partnering with internal stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset records and process asset-related accounting transactions.
